After finding my first passion of health, exercise, and healthy eating, I then found my second. Helping people.

After realising this, I put two and two together and became a certified nutritionist and online coach in order to help everybody from office workers to bodybuilding competitors achieve their fitness goals in the easiest, healthiest, and most enjoyable way.

My dedication to both fitness and clients really shows when you work with me. I will push you hard, and help you to learn the why behind things, rather than just telling you to do it.

However, I also fully understand that what we are working towards isn’t always easy. Thats why my job is to help you get there.
